♣ Teacher Profile
Dong Shouyi, male, is a native of Xuchang, Henan; he is a Doctor of Comparative Literature and World Literature, Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor, Director of Sichuan Society of Comparative Literature, and candidate of the fifth batch of "Eyas Program" of Southwest Jiaotong University.
In the past five years: he presided over 1 project of the National Social Science Fund of China and 3 projects of Sichuan Philosophy and Social Science Base (one of which is a key project), and published more than 10 papers in CSSCI source journals such as Comparative Literature in China, Zhongguo Shige Yanjiu and Literary Studies.
He has written two academic monographs, such as Aphasia and Reconstruction of Chinese Contemporary Art from the Perspective of Cross-cultural Comparison and Research on Literariness of Chinese and Western Poetics, and co-edited two textbooks, Introduction to Chinese Culture and Introduction to Art Studies (both published by Higher Education Press).
